Here the two fabrics are placed together. The pretty sides go on the outside.

Then, the fabric is lined up so all the edges are close together.

Next they cut out the corners (they used 4" Squares on a large blanket)

Next the strips are cut around all sides.

Then the they made the ties.

Viola! A completed blanket!

Wow! They made a whole pile!!!
